A Unique Leadership Opportunity

This interim superintendency offers an excellent opportunity to serve a small, highly engaged school community with a strong tradition of local pride and support for students.

The Board is seeking a steady, experienced leader who values relationships, understands small-school and rural district dynamics, and can provide thoughtful leadership during a time of transition. The successful candidate will be visible in the schools and community, communicate clearly with staff, families, and stakeholders, and work collaboratively with the Board to maintain stability, trust, and momentum for students.

This is a .6 FTE positionwith a salary range of $95,000–$105,000. The interim superintendent will generally be expected to work three days per week; however, the specific days and schedule may be flexible and adjusted based on the needs of the District. The contract is anticipated to begin on or about August 10, 2026
